Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
We offer 2 options for shipping:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
Costs of shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order + shipping country. There you can also decide between the two options.
Can I return my parcel?
In the event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the supplier shall replace the product within 5-10 business days of receiving notice from the distributor. The distributor shall promptly notify the supplier of any returns or exchanges and provide the reason for the return or exchange, including any defects identified. In the event that a product is damaged due to transit or courier issues, the supplier shall replace the product within 14-21 business days of receiving notice from the distributor. The distributor shall promptly notify the supplier of the issue and provide all necessary information to initiate an investigation with the courier.
How can I find the status of my order?
All customers receive a track & trace code via email after the order left our warehouse in NL (check your spam if you don’t see it!) If you haven’t received an email with the desired information, please contact us at sales@supercilium.com
Delivery
Supplier takes care of shipping, insurance and custom (fees) of products and these costs are passed on to the distributor. Supplier is hosting shipment an insurance shipment with FedEx or any shipping provider. Insurance with the value of the replacement value of the order. Supplier is committed to arrange the cheapest and fastest delivery. Although Supplier will devote its continuing best effort to deliver an order as confirmed, delivery dates are non-binding. Distributor shall in any event have no claim for damage if and to the extent such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the control of Supplier including, but not limited to, market conditions, forces of nature, war, acts of terrorism, riots, and civil disturbances, expropriation of confiscation of facilities or compliance with any order or request of governmental authority, strikes, employment difficulties whether direct or indirect, or any cause whatsoever which is not within the reasonable control of Supplier. Supplier shall notify the Distributor of the existence of any such force majeure condition and the anticipated extent of the delay or non-delivery.
Wholesale orders
How does ordering work?
In our wholesale webshop you can only order trading units. Your account is connected to your personal pricelist, so the prices shown are final.
After you create your order our Account Manager will do a final review, before we complete the order. So there’s always a small delay between placing the order and the fulfillment of the order.
Payment options
Orders are always paid upfront. You have two payment options:
1. You can add your credit card details when ordering. The payment will only be captured after we have confirmed your order.
2. You can choose your payment method later. In that case, Maria will send you an invoice with a payment link, after she has reviewed and confirmed the order.
